Work Principle
The ATP meter is based on the principle of firefly luminescence and uses the “luciferase-luciferin system” to quickly detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Since all living cells contain ATP, the ATP content can clearly indicate the amount of microorganisms and other biological residues in the sample and can be used to judge the sanitary conditions.

Notices for Using Swab Test Burette
- After taking the swab test tube out of the refrigerator, please leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Do not touch the swab or stick with your hands.
- After the sample box solution in the swab test tube reacts, it needs to be placed in the fluorescence meter and read within 20 seconds.
Note: Please keep swab kits in a dark place and refrigerate before use. If the surface of the sample is dry, please dip the cotton swab into pure water or distilled water to ensure more effective sample extraction. During the test, the meter should be kept upright and stable, otherwise the test result is likely to be zero.
