Just ensure that the urination tube isn’t bent or compressed to maintain the device’s proper operation. Also, regular cleaning of the urine container is essential to prevent urine overflow.

How long can it operate on a full charge? How do you charge it?

The battery has a capacity of 4800mAh and has been tested to provide a standby time of 10-15 days (actual standby time may vary due to factors like urination frequency, urine volume, and temperature; please refer to the actual product). Charging is done via a Type-C interface, and a charging cable is included. You will need to provide your own charging adapter, power bank, or other 5V USB charger. Please note not to charge continuously for more than 8 hours.

Where should the main unit be placed for optimal performance?

The main unit should be positioned as low as possible, below the wearing urine collection cup, to enable the device to utilize the height difference for liquid to enter the sensing probe and start automatically. Placing the urination pump and urine collection cup at the same horizontal level or higher than the urine collection cup can prevent the main unit from functioning properly and may result in urine overflow.
